New Formstack Documents Airtable block streamlines workflows by allowing users to transform Airtable data into beautifully designed documents they can send or store anywhere

FISHERS, IND. – (April 7, 2020) Formstack, a workplace productivity software helping companies digitize information, automate workflows and reform processes, today announced a new integration partnership with Airtable. The integration brings together Airtable’s flexible database software with Formstack Documents to allow users to automatically generate documents based on their Airtable data that can then be stored or sent anywhere.

“We’re excited to partner with Airtable as our missions are so closely aligned — they’re focused on democratizing software creation, and we’re enabling people to easily create forms or surveys, automate document workflows and reform processes, all without any specialized skills or coding,” said Zak Pines, VP of Partnerships at Formstack. “Our integrated solution offers an end-to-end workflow experience that anyone can manage. Within Airtable, users can quickly and easily select the desired data and populate a document at the click of a button and then share it through more than 39 delivery options.”

“With Airtable blocks, we’re always looking for new ways to extend the power of the workflows and information users can capture in their Airtable bases,” said Kah Seng Tay, Head of Platform at Airtable. “We’re happy to add the Formstack Documents block to our toolkit, as it opens up powerful new possibilities for our users to generate countless documents from their Airtable bases—from proposals and applications to invoices and event tickets.”

The Formstack Documents + Airtable Integration unlocks numerous possibilities for organizations to reduce manual data entry (and associated errors) and inefficient processes. Example use cases include:

  • Nonprofit: Nonprofit organizations can quickly turn their donations stored in Airtable into donation receipts that can be shared with donors and stored for future reference.
  • Higher Education: Colleges and universities can easily track student applications through Airtable and generate acceptance letters sent through the delivery method they’ve chosen in Formstack Documents.
  • Real estate: Real estate agents can store lease agreement information in Airtable and deliver new contracts for signature before lease expiry.
  • Sales: Sales organizations can track their sales and generate invoices for delivery at the click of a button.
“Airtable allows us to quickly create digital business solutions and the Formstack Documents block enables the extension of that speed of solution to permanent documentation and contracting. It’s a super powerful combination,” said Rob Jacques, CEO of The Codery.

Airtable blocks are a Airtable Pro plan feature. To learn more about or add the Formstack Documents + Airtable Integration, click here.
