Leading data capture and workflows company moves headquarters to downtown Fishers
INDIANAPOLIS (February 12, 2019) — Formstack, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with a mission to transform the way people collect data and put it to work, announces it has found a new home in the Nickel Plate District in downtown Fishers, Indiana. Formstack will reside on the third floor of 11671 Lantern Road, sharing the building with gastropub Four Day Ray Brewing.

Formstack was founded by Ade Olonoh in February 2006 to provide users with a simple online data capture solution.
