Workflows add-on simplifies processes, boosts efficiency and allows users to accomplish more tasks
INDIANAPOLIS (June 28, 2017) — Formstack, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with a mission to empower its users through simple and elegant tools that remove the complexity from everyday business processes, today announced the addition of a new product add-on, Workflows.
Workflows combines Formstack’s intuitive online form builder with enhanced workflow automation tools, giving users an easy way to manage company processes. With the Workflows add-on, multiple people in an organization can review, edit and complete a single form while allowing the organization to track the progress.
“Workflows culminated from listening to and understanding our customers’ evolving needs,” said Chris Byers, CEO of Formstack. “Historically, one person fills out a form and the data gets pushed to the right destination. But in talking to our customers, it became clear that forms often start a process that involves multiple people, often across several departments and locations. With this new add-on, we’ve made it possible for our users to easily create multi-step processes using the same intuitive form building capabilities.”
Customers in Formstack’s Early Adopters Program (EAP) have found that the Workflows add-on makes their business processes much simpler for everyone involved.
