Leader in workplace productivity enhances its marketing and sales initiatives with top talent hire and strategic internal promotions

FISHERS, Ind. (February 10, 2020) — Driving growth and business innovation at organizations, Formstack, a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, prepares to bolster its marketing and sales initiatives through the hiring of Vice President, Marketing, Kathryn Loheide and the promotions of Vice President, Sales, Lindsey Chambers and Vice President, Customer Experience, Jessica Haas. As the newest leaders on Formstack’s senior team, they will work together to further develop and enhance the company’s approach to business strategy.

  • Kathryn Loheide brings extensive experience in business-to-business SaaS, as well as her previous endeavors leading successful global marketing and branding strategies at companies like Cheetah Digital and Octiv. Her responsibilities as Vice President of Marketing include driving customer acquisition and growth, while creating brand advocates among customers, partners and employees through her leadership of Formstack’s marketing team.
  • Lindsey Chambers embodies the company’s commitment to driving business growth by building out its marketing and sales team with proven leaders. Following her three years at Formstack, in which she served roles like New Markets Sales Executive and Enterprise Sales Manager, Chambers is promoted to Vice President of Sales. Her extensive experience working with multimedia management and software development, as well as previously held leadership roles, signifies her ability to create and execute a high growth sales strategy and lead Formstack’s enterprise and commercial sales teams in exceeding revenue goals in her new position.
  • Jessica Haas, as the Vice President of Customer Experience, will be leading her team to drive customer outcomes by defining and optimizing the customer service lifecycle, measuring and enhancing effectiveness through technology, and spreading customer advocacy and loyalty throughout Formstack. Her seven-year tenure at Formstack, where she has held the role of Director of Customer Experience, demonstrates her commitment to the company’s customers and products and arms her with impressive product expertise and the passion necessary to drive industry-leading customer relations.
